Traffic accident in Uganda leaves 10 dead

Police spokesman in Uganda said that 10 people died in a traffic accident on Sunday in Namutumba district in the eastern part of Uganda.
The police spokesperson for Busoga East Region, James Mubi, said that a commuter taxi crashed into a bus at Busembatia along the Iganga-Mbale Highway.
It was reported that the dead were the commuter taxi's passengers, the bus passengers are safe.
Mubi said that "The driver of the commuter taxi was attempting to overtake the bus before ramming into it".
