Ship sinking leads to 7 deaths in China

Local maritime rescue authorities said on Saturday that 7 people were killed and 2 others are missing after a ship sank down at the coast of the east Shandong Province on Friday afternoon in China, according to Xinuha.

The incident took place at about 6:00 p.m. on Friday as a ship from the Hebei district rocked by gale and sank near the port of Rizhao city.

The wind speed has reach 50 meters per second on the water when the accident took place.

7 dead people were found at 11 a.m. on Saturday, the missing are still being searched for.
