Turkish request for FETO suspects extradition denied in British court
(MENAFN) Turkey's appeal for three people suspected of being members of the Fetullah Terror Organization (FETO) to be brought back home was denied in a UK court.
The three suspects are identified as Hamdi Akin Ipek, former director of Koza Holding, as well as Ali Celik who is the director of Bank Asya and Talip Buyuk who is the supposed "imam" of an Iraqi-based terrorist group.
The Westminster Magistrates Court rejected the request Ankara made for the suspect's extradition, assuring that an appeal might be accepted.
Turkey was granted authority to file an appeal to the ruling of the British court in a limited period of fourteen days.
