Telia Lietuva has disposed of its subsidiary UAB Verslo Investicijos Vilnius Stock Exchange:TEL1L

Telia Lietuva, AB (hereinafter â€' “Telia Lietuva” or “the Company”) has sold a 100 per cent stake in subsidiary UAB Verslo Investicijos to UAB Netfundus.

UAB Verslo Investicijos is developing project at Lvovo str. 21A in Vilnius.

UAB Netfundus belongs to UAB Vilnius Property Investment which is owned by the shareholders of EIKA Group, a real estate developer and construction service provider.

“Focusing our attention on the quality of telecommunications and IT services provision and creating the best digital experience for our customers, over the last few years we have consistently followed the strategy of disposing none core activities”, said Dan Strömberg, CEO of Telia Lietuva.

“More detailed plans regarding the development will be revealed in the future. We believe, that this will become another must-visit spot in the city, providing new opportunities and spaces”, said Domas Dargis, CEO of EIKA Group and General Manager of UAB Vilnius Property Investment.
