Afghanistan- Paktia governor survives gun attack
(MENAFN- Pajhwok Afghan News) PUL-I-ALAM (Pajhwok): The Paktia Governor Shamim Katawazi on Saturday survived an armed attack in central Logar province, an official said.
His Spokesman Abdullah Hasrat told Pajhwok Afghan News that Katawazai came under attack on Kabul
But Police Chief Mohammad Abdali rejected the attack on Paktia governor in Logar but added a convoy carrying persecutors and judiciary officials was attacked.
He said the convoy of prosecutes was attack which resulted in casualties.
There were no immediate claims of responsibility for the attacks.
