EBRD plans to invest USD162m in Ukraine's agriculture
(MENAFN) The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) said it is planning to invest at least USD162m into Ukraine's agricultural sector this year.
According to the bank's director for Ukraine, he said: "We expect the investment in the amount of between 150 and 200 million euros. We anticipate the restoration of economic activity, which will result in the increased needs of companies in capital injections and investment."

However, in Ukraine's agricultural sector, capital investment had posted high of USD1.6b last year, due to the improved profitability of doing agribusiness in the country.
