Nakheel to receive USD1.1b bid for Diera Mall in Dubai
(MENAFN) Nakheel said it received for Diera Mall three construction bids, as the retail planned for its Diera Island project, and the lowest bid was submitted before deadline and it was Dh 4.2b.
Diera Mall is expected to feature more than 1,000 shops, caf"s, restaurants and entertainment outlets in a leasable area of four million square feet, and a multi-storey car park with 8.400 spaces.
And it is designed to be the centerpiece of Deira Boulevard, as construction centre for Deira Boulevard was released in January.
However, Deira Islands is due to add 40km to Dubai"s coastline, including 21km of beachfront.
