'Our aim is to reduce the number of people visiting labour offices across the country to lodge complaints. Saadi said the move is part of the ministry's increasing emphasis on e-governance. 'H E Bakri is introducing this facility to ensure that the ministry's services can reach out to as many people as possible. With this facility we hope to cut down on paper work and secure all records digitally.'
