Lebanese delegation talks Hajj at Saudi Embassy


(MENAFN) Charge d'Affaires of the Saudi Embassy in Beirut, Waleed Bukhari, met at the Embassy on Thursday, with a delegation of representatives of Lebanon's pilgrimage tour companies, chaired by the Director of the Pilgrims Affairs' Committee, Ibrahim Itani.

Talks reportedly touched on an array of affairs relevant to the pilgrimage season, with Bukhari highlighting the importance of finding solutions to upgrade the services offered to Lebanese pilgrims.

"Despite the many challenges, the instructions of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and the Crown Prince's follow-up on the pilgrimage services, is a key request by the Saudi command," the diplomat stressed.

"The Embassy's role is to ensure those services," he added.
