(MENAFN) Rapper Meek Mill has been freed from jail after serving five months for probation violation.
He declared : "While the past five months have been a nightmare, the prayers, visits, calls, letters and rallies have helped me stay positive,"
The rapper, aged 30, was set to spend between two and four years in jail, however, a court handed him a bail for the "credibility" fears of a witness.
A campaign was launched calling for his release, where Beyonce, Jay-Z and comedian Kevin Hart have joined.
