(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) AMMAN, April 22 (KUNA) -- Kuwait Disabled Sport club (KDSC) due to participate in West Asia for basketball on wheelchair championship, hosted by Jordan this week.
Participating players have completed their training camp in Frankfurt, Germany, before heading to Jordan for the championship, KDSC Secretary and head of the delegation Saad Al-Azma told KUNA.
Al-Azma said the players showed complete dedication during the training camp, adding all players showed commitment and efforts to ensure a great outcome in the competition.
The official also hailed the role played by the Public Authority for Sport both the technical and administrative staff.
Participating teams also include Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Iraq and the host nation. (end) mjb.mb
