The International Association of HealthCare Professionals is pleased to welcome Zaki Adib Samman, MD, FACP, to their prestigious organization with his upcoming publication in the Leading Physicians of the World. Dr. Samman currently works for the Sparks Health System and Sparks Cancer Center in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He specializes in the treatment of cancers and blood borne diseases. In the past, he has served as Chief of Oncology at both St. Edward Medical Center and Sparks Regional Medical Center. Dr. Samman and his staff also provide chemotherapy treatments in their infusion center.
He was educated at the University of Damascus and continued his studies with an internship at the Atlantic City Medical Center and a residency at Englewood Hospital. Dr. Samman was a fellow in hematology and oncology at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Society of Hematology, the American Medical Association, the American College of Physicians. Arkansas Medical Society, and the Wisconsin Medical Society.
Attributing his success to his hard work and supportive family, Dr. Samman has participated in clinical research under several groups and continues to screen and enroll patients in studies that have been approved through his affiliated hospitals.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family members.
