Pakistani groom conned by fake photographer in UAE
(MENAFN) An Asian expatriate was conned and siphoned Dh3,000 by a fake photographer who videotaped the victim"s wedding.
As the Pakistani victim went to RAK Police to file a complaint, the Ras Al Khaimah misdemeanor court looked into the case and will be giving charges of theft and conning to the perpetrator.
Official court records showed that the defendant, who is at large, persuaded the Pakistani victim that he was a professional photographer and could videotape his wedding using drones and the latest technology.
