UK and Azerbaijan are expected to effectively cooperate in the energy sector for a long time, UK ambassador to Azerbaijan Carole Mary Crofts said.
The ambassador made the remarks at an event dedicated to the ceremony of opening of a production site of UK's Millers Oils Ltd. in Baku Nov. 23.
The ambassador also congratulated the country with the extension of the "Contract of the Century", which will allow Azerbaijan to fully use its energy resources.
