O'Donnell speak out on Rose misconduct allegations: 'there is no excuse'
(MENAFN) There is "no excuse" for the suspended co-host Charlie Rose's deeds that involved alleged misconduct reported by eight women, as claimed on Tuesday by CBS "This Morning" co-host Norah O'Donnell.
The co-host said "this is a moment that demands a frank and honest assessment about where we stand, and more generally, the safety of women, let me be very clear, there is no excuse for this alleged behavior. It is systematic and pervasive."
O'Donnell believes that until there is a "reckoning and a taking of responsibility", women aren't able to attain equality neither in the workplace nor in society as a whole.
