Dubai to set up USD354mn Silicon Park
(MENAFN) Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority plans to launch its first integrated smart city project, Silicon Park at an estimated cost of USD354mn.
Moreover, the landmark development will be built over a 150.000 square meters area at Dubai Silicon Oasis, which will reinforce the green credentials of Dubai and the wider UAE.
The park is set for the completion in Q4, 2018, which will cover 71.000sqm of office space, 25.000sqm of commercial space and 46.000sqm of residential area.
Accordingly, the integrated smart city project reflects global trends for smart cities and incorporates most of the KPIs of the UAE National Agenda.
