(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) HE the Minister of Culture and Sports Salah bin Ghanem bin Nasser Al Ali lauded the various sporting events held Tuesday to mark Qatar National Sport Day celebrations, praising broad participation of all Qatari citizens and residents.
HE the Minister stressed that HH the Emir's participation in the Sport Day events held today has sent many important messages, topped by HH the Emir's keenness and interest in the youth as the men of the future, strengthening the national identity, embodying the true meaning of sportsmanship and distancing itself from any kind of affectation ,citing that the exercise of sporting events does not need any kind of complexity.
The HE the Minister also lauded the great role played by the media in spreading awareness and motivating the masses to participate in various sporting events in its fifth edition.
HE the Minister has paid a visit to Aspire Zone to exercise sporting activities with a large number of departments' managers and staff of the Ministry .
