Two killed in separate attacks in Baghdad
(MENAFN- The Journal Of Turkish Weekly) Two people were killed in an attack on an army checkpoint and a bombing in Iraq's capital Baghdad on Tuesday, security sources said.
In the north of the city, gunmen killed a soldier and wounded three others while a bomb detonated near a restaurant killed one civilian and injured another seven.
In Sadr City, a Shia Muslim district in east Baghdad, three unidentified men were found dead, having been shot in the head.
