(MENAFN - Arab News) Maceen capital contributed to the open day for children with blood diseases and tumors organized by the division of hematology and oncology at king abdulaziz medical city (national guard health affairs) which was held recently at the social club in the medical city

Hamad al-salman marketing manager maceen capital commented: 'maceen capital's contribution to such programs and events comes in line with its social responsibility programs that aims to support many events and activities organized by major social and medical institutions focusing on medical programs that concern the family and contribute to their health awareness and education.

The oncology center at king abdulaziz medical city aspires to be one of the elite centers in the region and the mst comprehensive amongst them by providing global research in the field of prevention detection and treatment of tumors and its patients.

This aims to meet the needs of patients and their families along with advanced education that contributes to improving health and social care in addition to developing a response to the needs of patients and society

Al-salman added: 'contributing and participating in such programs ensures the institutions' ability to provide their medical responsibilities and to develop valuable research that helps in reducing the number of cases among children and providing successful treatments for them."

He said: 'we at maceen capital are aware of our responsibility toward the community and always work on supporting different causes."
