Jarrell joins the firm after serving as chief strategy officer at Group Gordon. Jarrell has more than 12 years of experience advising companies, brands and organizations on crisis and litigation communications. He will support clients facing high-profile reputational, legal and business challenges.

WASHINGTON - Narrative Strategies has hired Hanna Beckman and Rich Casale as senior directors joins from Porter Novelli, where she was a VP overseeing strategic and global communications programs for pharmaceutical clients. Casale joins from DCI Group, where he led stakeholder engagement and coalition-building efforts on public policy issues.

NEW YORK - Marino has promoted Tom Corsillo and Nicholas Derasmo to executive VP. Corsillo will focus on public affairs and agency-wide client strategy. Derasmo will oversee the continued growth of Marino's real estate, corporate and professional services practice areas. Corsillo joined the firm in 2005 and has led public affairs, land-use and advocacy campaigns across the New York region.
