Svyrydenko: Enemy Targets Energy Facilities, Oil And Gas Infrastructure, Railways, And Industrial Sites
“Efforts are currently underway in Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Kherson, and other regions to address the aftermath of the massive Russian strikes that occurred overnight. All necessary services have been mobilized. The main targets were energy facilities, oil and gas infrastructure, railways, and industrial sites-strikes by drones and missiles have been recorded on these targets,” the statement reads.
Civilian infrastructure has also been hit: homes, transportation, and businesses have been damaged.
According to preliminary data, five people were killed, and 39 were wounded. The situation is most critical in the Poltava region: Workers and rescue personnel were killed in a strike on a gas production facility, and dozens more were wounded. There are also casualties in the Kharkiv region.
As the prime minister emphasized, Russia's ceasefire proposals remain mere statements. The reality is nightly strikes on critical infrastructure and civilian facilities.

As reported, on the night of May 5, Russian forces launched a massive attack on facilities belonging to the Naftogaz Group in the Poltava and Kharkiv regions, resulting in casualties.
