Zelensky: Ukraine And US Assess Putin's Intentions To End War Differently
"We do not see any genuine desire from Russia to end the war, and we share this view with our partners. The United States believes that Putin wants the war to end. Our views here are completely different," he said.
Zelensky noted that, on one hand, it is normal to have different perspectives, "But on the other hand, when we want to end the war, to accelerate this process, we raise the issue of putting pressure on Russia. We know that Putin does not want to end the war."

As Ukrinform reported, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that the U.S. is offering Kyiv its security guarantees in exchange for the withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from the non-occupied parts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
