Rose graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a BA in Fashion Management, MA in Culture, Style and Fashion and completed her PhD in 2024. Her PhD examined the workings of the fashion trend system in the context of sustainability, and the impacts of trends on young consumers. She is currently is a researcher and senior lecturer, teaching in The Fashion Department at NTU.
