Snow, Ski Season Revives Mountain Tourism In Lebanon

BEIRUT, Feb 5 (KUNA) - With the start of the new year, Lebanon has regained its winter charm as snowfall blanketed the country's mountain ranges, boosting activity at ski resorts and drawing large numbers of local visitors and Arab tourists.
Recent weather changes affected parts of the eastern Mediterranean have contributed to improved snow quality which led to an extended ski season, that drew in tourists, families, and winter sports lovers into the ski slopes, reflecting a renewed vibrancy in Lebanon's mountain tourism sector. (end)
