Artserve Announces 2026 Impact Awards Honorees

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - January 30, 2026 - ArtServe will celebrate the power of creativity and community at its fourth annual Impact Awards Gala, presented by Seacoast Bank,honoring four individuals whose leadership, artistry and dedication have helped shape South Florida's vibrant arts and cultural landscape.

Sponsored by FPL and OutClique, the event will take place at ArtServe on April 17, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., featuring an evening of celebration, gourmet dining and cocktails, live entertainment and a silent auction.

Tickets are $100 per person or $300 for a group of four and can be purchased at .

The 2026 ArtServe Impact Awards Honorees are:

Joy Strempack

Joy Strempack is a multidisciplinary artist, educator, designer and award-winning DJ whose work has made a lasting impact across Broward County's arts, education and environmental communities. For nearly 20 years, she has been a dedicated educator at Pine Crest School in Fort Lauderdale, where she teaches middle school Chinese Mandarin, graphic design and 2D/3D design, and serves as editor of the middle school yearbook, fostering creativity, empathy and inclusion.

Beyond the classroom, Joy serves as Creative Director for GoGreen EcoBin, using her design expertise to support public recycling initiatives and environmental education throughout Broward County. She is also a two-time Fort Lauderdale Magazine DJ of the Year (2024 and 2025), and the first woman to receive the honor, bringing people together through music as a performer and recording artist under DJ Joy Joy and Joy to Soul.
