Youth Minister Inaugurates Fine Arts Training Center In Mafraq

Mafraq, Nov. 13 (Petra) – Minister of Youth, Dr. Raed Adwan, on Thursday inaugurated the Fine Arts Training Center, affiliated with the Ministry of Culture, at Mafraq Model Youth Center.
The center is a joint initiative, implemented by the Ministries of Culture and Youth.
Checking on the center's various activities and programs, he met with participants in training courses, which focused on Arabic calligraphy, drawing, and piano lessons.
Adwan also visited a cultural and heritage exhibition featuring a collection of historical documents, artifacts, and modern embroidery.
On its goals, Adwan said the new center is part of the partnership with the Ministry of Culture to implement youth cultural programs and benefit from various youth and cultural potentials to launch joint initiatives.
Adwan also called for developing the youth's artistic culture and supporting their talents and creativity.
The opening ceremony also featured a scout performance, cultural and artistic activities and folkloric dances and a handicrafts exhibition.
