Abu Dhabi, UAE – November, 2025: Umm Al Emarat Park is inviting visitors to enjoy a vibrant weekend of activities and cultural experiences, headlined by the Korea Festival 2025, hosted by the Korean Cultural Center in the UAE on 7th and 8th November, featuring cultural performances, interactive experiences, and family-friendly workshops.

Organised under the theme“Connected”, the Korea Festival, which opens from 3:00pm, celebrates the harmony between Korea's traditional and contemporary culture in honour of the UAE's Year of Community.

The festival will feature live performances, cultural workshops, K-pop dance showcases, and authentic Korean food experiences, creating a space where people of all backgrounds can come together to share in the energy and joy of Heung (흥) - Korea's unique sense of collective excitement and celebration. Marking the hit Netflix animation's first public showing in the UAE, the screening invites the community to sing its viral tracks out loud under the open sky. Experience the first-ever MENA screening of Netflix's most-watched film, Kpop Demon Hunter, exclusively at the Korea Festival on 8 November at 6:00 PM.

Beyond the Korea Festival, Umm Al Emarat Park's weekend calendar is packed with fun experiences designed to bring families and friends together in the spirit of community, discovery, and cultural appreciation.

Guests of all ages can learn about Emirati heritage and Arab traditions at the Park's daily Sunset Falcon Shows, running every day at 5:00pm and 6:00pm. Set against the Park's serene landscape, the 45-minute show celebrates the UAE's proud falconry heritage. Visitors can also meet the falconers, ask questions, and capture memorable photos with the magnificent birds of prey, making it a meaningful experience that blends education with awe.

Adding to the vibrant atmosphere is The Park Market, which returns with a refreshed look and a new central location near the Children's Garden and Outdoor Cinema. Every Friday and Saturday, the market hosts over 60 local vendors, offering everything from handmade crafts and fashion to irresistible sweets and savoury bites. Visitors can also enjoy live entertainment, family-friendly activities, and a lively outdoor setting that celebrates creativity, culture, and connection.

To end the evenings on a magical note, the Park's beloved Cinema in the Park is back with screenings every Friday and Saturday at 6:00pm, the open-air cinema invites guests to unwind under the stars with family-friendly favorites including Madagascar 2, Mummies, The Frog Prince, My Penguin Friend, and Fantastic Beasts. Surrounded by the Park's lush greenery, it's the perfect way to close the weekend with laughter, nostalgia, and community spirit. In addition, 'Cinematic Sundays', the family-friendly films for guests aged 13 and above, will screen Sea Shadow this Sunday at 6:00 pm, bringing fantastical worlds, vivid characters and inspiring stories to life in an outdoor cinema setting.
