President of the Republic of Kenya H E Dr William Ruto, met yesterday with Minister of Labour H E Dr Ali bin Samikh Al Marri, on the sidelines of the Second World Summit for Social Development, hosted in Doha. The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss bilateral relations between Qatar and Kenya, particularly in the field of labour cooperation. Both sides exchanged views on ways to strengthen existing partnerships and explore new avenues for collaboration in support of shared development goals.

Minister of Labour H E Dr Ali bin Smaikh Al Marri also met yesterday with Prime Minister of the Republic of Niger H E Ali Mahamane Lamine Zeine, during his visit to Doha to participate in the Second World Summit for Social Development. The meeting provided an opportunity to review bilateral cooperation between the two countries and to explore ways to support and further strengthen collaboration in the field of labour, as well as to discuss a range of topics of mutual interest.
