Qatari PM Discusses Strategic Ties With US Central Command Chief

DOHA, Nov 3 (KUNA) -- Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammad bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani discussed Monday with Commander of the US Central Command Gen. Charles Bradford Cooper the close strategic relations between Qatar and the US and ways to enhance them.
The Foreign Ministry said in a statement that the meeting, held in Doha, reviewed bilateral ties, particularly in military and defense cooperation, as well as issues of mutual interest. (end)
