First FIR Registered In KP For Renting House To Illegal Afghan Citizen
Police in Nowshera have registered the first case in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) against a local man for renting out his house to an undocumented Afghan national.
According to police sources, the case was filed under Section 3/10 of the National Action Plan on behalf of the police.
Both the Pakistani landlord, Muhammad Nadeem, and the Afghan tenant, Abdul Wahab, were arrested and placed in custody.

The police were also not informed about the arrangement, prompting immediate action and registration of the case.
Sources added that both accused were later released after paying fines as directed by the court.
