Dave Soule has over 30 years of broad industry experience including senior operations, analytics, and supply chain roles in chemical manufacturing, transportation, and financial services. He has held lead roles launching several new products/new technologies. Dave consults on operations, regulatory risk, and data science areas. His current research is focused on improved metrics and approaches for the drawing of legislative districts and on ensemble forecasting of data such as economic, election, and weather forecasts.
