Trump Describes 2020 Elections as "Scandal"
(MENAFN) US President Donald Trump called on the Department of Justice (DOJ) to thoroughly investigate the 2020 presidential election, asserting that it was “Rigged and Stolen.”
In a post shared on his Truth Social platform on Sunday, Trump compared the alleged election fraud to other forms of cheating, asking, "What’s worse, the NBA Players cheating at cards, and probably much else, or the Democrats cheating on Elections? The 2020 Presidential Election, being Rigged and Stolen, is a far bigger SCANDAL."
Trump further criticized the results of the 2020 election, claiming, "Look what happened to our Country when a Crooked Moron became our 'President!' We now know everything." He urged the DOJ to approach the investigation with the urgency and seriousness it deserved, calling it "the biggest SCANDAL in American history."
Additionally, Trump warned that if such alleged fraud went unaddressed, it could happen again in future elections. He specifically referenced the upcoming 2026 midterm elections, asserting, “If not, it will happen again, including the upcoming Midterms.”
The former president also reiterated his stance on voting methods, expressing opposition to mail-in and early voting, advocating for voter ID laws, and criticizing the ballot measures in California.
He went on to claim that millions of ballots were being "shipped" illegally.
In his final remarks, Trump urged Republicans to act swiftly, stating, "GET SMART REPUBLICANS, BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE."
