Real Kashmir Placed In 'Group Of Death' In AIFF Super Cup
Srinagar- Real Kashmir FC has been placed in a“Group of Death” in the AIFF Super Cup 2025-26, which is all set to begin on October 25.
The Snow Leopards are in Group A alongside ISL clubs Mohun Bagan SG, Chennaiyin FC and East Bengal FC. The Srinagar-based club will play East Bengal in the tournament opener on October 25. They next play Mohun Bagan SC on October 28. Real Kashmir will take on Chennaiyin FC on October 31.
Other teams competing in the AIFF Super Cup include FC Goa, Jamshedpur FC, NorthEast United FC, Inter Kashi, Bengaluru FC, Mohammedan Sporting Club, Punjab FC, Gokulam Kerala FC, Mumbai City FC, Kerala Blasters FC, Hyderabad FC and Rajasthan United FC.
“The Group Stage will see 24 matches, which will be played between October 25 and November 6, before a brief break for the November FIFA International Window, when India play Bangladesh (November 18) in their AFC Asian Cup Qualifiers Final Round,” the AIFF said in a statement on Thursday.
“The top teams from each of the four groups will progress to the semi-finals, the dates for which, will be announced later.”
