The company reported general and administrative and research and development expenses of $47.7 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, and has reduced those costs to $18.6 million per quarter, a 61% decrease. Measures include eliminating facilities in Irvine and Monrovia, Calif., and Mishawaka, Ind., ending third-party manufacturing with Roush Industries, and consolidating B4 production to its company-owned plant in Tunica, Miss. CEO and Chairman David Michery said the company's streamlined operations will support a focus on commercial EV sales, including its Class 1 cargo van, Class 3 cab chassis truck, and Class 4 B4 Chassis Cab, all of which comply with federal safety, EPA, and CARB standards.
