Moci Temporarily Closes Car Dealership For Not Complying With Consumer Protection Law
Doha, Qatar: The Ministry of Commerce and Industry announced the closure of Al Waha Company – Jetour for non-compliance with the provisions of Article (16) of Law No. (8) of 2008 regarding consumer protection.
The Ministry stated that the company's violation consisted of“lack of spare parts and delay in providing after-sales services.”
The closure will last for 30 days.
