UNRWA: No One In Gaza Is Safe As Israeli Military Orders Palestinians To Relocate
(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency)
Amman, July 26 (Petra) -- The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) said Saturday that Israeli forces ordered people in the Gaza Strip to relocate again, and they have nowhere to go.
"People are once again forced to be displaced in Gaza by Israeli authorities' orders. They have nowhere to go. No one is safe, not aid workers, not medical workers, not UN staff. No one has been spared," it said on X.
It said people have endured over 650 days of relentless, endless killing, destruction, and despair.
Meanwhile, the Health Ministry in Gaza said six trucks carrying urgent medical supplies will enter the Strip today and head to hospitals through the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF).
The trucks carried no food, but the items expected to arrive were of utmost importance and urgently needed to continue providing medical care to the wounded and sick people and save lives, it said.
The ministry called on local people, families, and relevant authorities to protect the convoy and ensure its safe arrival to hospitals to save the lives of the sick and wounded.
