Trump announces new trade agreement with Indonesia
(MENAFN) U.S. President Donald Trump declared on Tuesday that a new trade agreement will see a 19 percent tariff imposed on goods imported from Indonesia, while U.S. exports will face no additional charges.
Speaking to the media, Trump stated that the United States has secured full market access to Indonesia as part of the deal.
Earlier the same day, Trump took to his social media platform to share the news, writing: "Great deal, for everybody, just made with Indonesia. I dealt directly with their highly respected President."
