Deerfield Group Acquires Triple Threat Communications

(MENAFN- PRovoke) CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa. - Deerfield Group has acquired Triple Threat Communications, a New Jersey-based healthcare marketing agency, as part of an effort to broaden its strategic, creative, and digital services for life sciences clients.

The acquisition brings the combined agency headcount to more than 200 employees and adds capabilities to support pharmaceutical and biotech companies across various stages of development.

Triple Threat, founded in 2005, has provided services to mid-sized and large pharmaceutical clients in the US and internationally. Tim Frank, managing partner and owner of Triple Threat, will join Deerfield's executive leadership team and continue to lead client engagements.

The acquisition follows Deerfield's previous additions of Verge Scientific Communications in 2022 and Embedded in 2024.
