Zelensky States Possible Personnel Changes Due To Unfulfilled Agreements With Partners

Zelensky underscored that he expects detailed reports from government officials and the Office of the President team on each agreement with partners,“on every result we expected: what has been achieved and what is still pending.”

“There will be conclusions-personnel changes,” Zelensky declared.

As reported by Ukrinform, President Volodymyr Zelensky said during the Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC2025) in Rome that Minister of Defence Rustem Umerov may be appointed Ambassador to the United States , which would lead to significant changes in the Ukrainian government.
