The search for emerging talent across the Emirates is on. The KT Plus 150 list will spotlight the next generation of innovators, trailblazers and leaders across 15 key sectors in the UAE. To be launched by Khaleej Times in Q4 this year, the initiative will celebrate 150 trailblazers under 40 who are making waves across 15 industries, from tech and healthcare to sports and design.

Nominations are now open, and the winners will be announced on September 15. If you haven't cast your vote yet, this is your chance to choose the next generation of changemakers .

A panel of expert judges, each bringing deep industry knowledge to the table, will pick out only the best among the nominated names. The first three judges to join the panel were Ali Al Ali, horse racing strategist, John Wilson, media & entertainment expert and Emily Mottolese, visionary designer behind the iconic Burj Khalifa.

Joining them now on the esteemed panel are three more powerful names who are inspiring leaders in their respective fields.
