Sultan Of Oman, Iran Pres. Discuss Latest Regional Developments

MUSCAT, June 24 (KUNA) -- Sultan Haitham bin Tariq of Oman discussed on a phone call Tuesday with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian the recent developments and the military tension in the region, stressing the importance of preserving regional security and stability.
In a statement, the Omani Ministry of Foreign Affairs that the two sides stressed the importance of all parties exercising restraint, prioritizing wisdom and dialogue, and working diligently to halt the spiral of military escalation, thus sparing the region further tension and paving the way for diplomatic solutions.
