Drone Attack Causes Damage, Power Outages In Cherkasy Region
According to Ukrinform, this was reported by Ihor Taburets, Head of the Cherkasy Regional Military Administration (RMA), via Telegram .
"Air defense forces were active in the region until late at night, repelling another wave of enemy attacks. Our defenders destroyed 18 Russian UAVs over Cherkasy's skies," Taburets wrote.
He emphasized that no casualties were reported.

In Cherkasy district, drone debris damaged a low-pressure gas pipeline, as a result a fire broke out in a yard, which was promptly extinguished. According to preliminary reports, four houses were damaged, and a wooden garage was destroyed.
Additionally, a village experienced partial power outages, with repair crews currently working to restore electricity.

As previously reported by Ukrinform, overnight on June 9, Ukrainian air defenses neutralized 33 Russian drones over Cherkasy region.
