National Guard Repels Russian Assault At Pokrovsk Direction

(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Soldiers of the Spartan Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine prevented Russian troops from making a breakthrough in the Pokrovsk direction, and during the battle the soldiers captured one of the invaders.

This was reported by the military unit 3017 of the National Guard of Ukraine on Facebook , posting a video showing the National Guard performing a combat mission, Ukrinform reports.

“Thanks to their professionalism and coordinated actions, our fighters not only held their positions but also repelled the enemy, who tried to make another breakthrough,” the National Guard said.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, since the beginning of the day, clashes of varying intensity have started 20 times in the Pokrovsk sector near Sukha Balka, Myrolyubivka, Yelizavetivka, Lysivka and eight other localities.
