French President Arrives In Cairo

CAIRO, April 6 (KUNA) -- French President Emmanuel Macron arrived on Sunday in Cairo on his official visit for three days to discuss bilateral relations and regional issues especially Gaza.
On his X account, Macron had said "we have arrived in Egypt with the help of Egyptian Rafale aircraft ... a strong symbol of our aviation cooperation" and a reference to the French made Rafale fighter jets also used by the Egyptian Air force.
Macron is scheduled to hold a meeting with his Egyptian counterpart Abelfattah Al-Sisi to sign a number of agreements alongside discussing the crisis in Gaza.
As for tomorrow they will also be holding another meeting but will be accompanied by Jordanian King Abdullah II to discuss plans for reconstructing Gaza and ways of returning back to the ceasefire agreement, according to Egyptian media outlets.
On Tuesday Macron will be heading to Arish, Egyptian city bordering the Gaza Strip to witness the efforts of relief teams from French and international NGOs in their efforts to deliver aid to
