  • Hero of Military Medicine Ambassador Honoree: Mr. Sal Gonzalez
  • Hero of Military Medicine U.S. Army Honoree: Colonel (Doctor) Benjamin P. Donham
  • Hero of Military Medicine U.S. Navy Honoree: Captain (Doctor) Matthew D. Tadlock

This year marks the 15th Anniversary of the Heroes of Military Medicine Awards. This special celebration of deserving awardees will be held on May 8, 2025 , at the Washington National Cathedral in Washington, D.C., bringing together top military leaders, medical researchers, practitioners, and grateful citizens to salute those who, through their selfless dedication to military medicine, have improved the lives and health of our nation's warfighters.
