Turkish FM To Visit Washington Tues.

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) ISTANBUL, March 24 (KUNA) -- Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan is set to pay a two-day official visit to Washington on Tuesday.
During his stay in the U.S. capital, Fidan is expected to meet with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and other senior US officials on bilateral relations and strategic steps to promote joint cooperation, according to Anadolu news agency.
The Turkish foreign minister will also look into arrangements for future visits by both countries' leaders, it added.
The agenda also involves the latest regional developments that concern both countries, particularly the current situations in Ukraine, Palestine and Syria.
Fidan is expected to convey Ankara's positions on key regional matters, particularly its support for Syria's stability and territorial integrity. (end)
