Russians Using More Fiber-Optic Drones On Border SBGS Spox

(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Russians have started using more fiber-optic drones on the border. Previously, artillery attacks from the Russian territory prevailed.

As reported by Ukrinform, this was stated by Spokesperson for the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine (SBGS) Andrii Demchenko during a television broadcast.

"The border line can be equated to the front line. The enemy continues to shell our border areas. Sumy region is hit the most, followed by Kharkiv. There are fewer strikes on Chernihiv region, but shelling is recorded daily. Recently, we have seen an increase in the use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) that drop explosive devices. These are FPV drones including those operated via fiber-optic control systems. Previously, artillery attacks were dominant," said Demchenko.
