Houthis vow revenge regarding American, British air bombings in Sanaa

(MENAFN) On Saturday, the Yemeni Houthi party promised to react to an American-British airstrike that aimed for a region full of residents in Sanaa, which caused deaths.

The Houthi Political Bureau called the strikes a "treacherous and sinful act of aggression and a full-fledged war crime."

"Targeting civilians is further proof of American terrorism against nations and peoples that oppose it," it said in a statement. "US-UK aggression was carried out in response to Yemen’s support for the Palestinian people, but it will not deter Yemen from continuing its backing for Palestine and fulfilling its duty to support Gaza."

The Houthis cautioned that the “aggression will not go unanswered, and our armed forces are fully prepared to respond to escalation with escalation."

Around nine individuals were murdered along with other nine wounded in the bombings that aimed for the Yemen’s capital of Sanaa, as the Houthis stated on Saturday, as United States Leader Donald Trump declared significant air attacks on the party.
