Russia's Mishustin Arrives In Kazakhstan On Official Visit

ASTANA, Kazakhstan, January 29. Russian Prime
Minister Mikhail Mishustin has touched down in Kazakhstan for a
three-day stay, Trend reports.
During his trip, Mishustin plans to visit Astana and Almaty,
where he will meet with the country's leadership and state partners
within the EAEU framework. The Russian Prime Minister will also
participate in a session of the Eurasian Intergovernmental
Council.
The first meeting is expected to take place with Kazakhstan's
President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. During the Russian-Kazakhstani
talks on January 29-30 in Astana, current issues of trade,
economics, scientific-technical, and cultural-humanitarian
cooperation will be discussed.
Special attention will be given to further development of joint
projects in energy, industry, transport infrastructure,
agriculture, and other sectors.
On January 30-31, Mikhail Mishustin will participate in the
session of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council in Almaty, where
prospects for increasing integration between the member states of
the EAEU, the functioning of the Eurasian market, macroeconomic
situations, and the implementation of joint initiatives will be
discussed.
On January 31, Mikhail Mishustin will also take part in the
plenary session of the 7th Digital Forum "Digital Almaty 2025:
Industrial AI: Technologies for a New Era," an annual event focused
on technological development, digitalization, digital
transformation, and the use of artificial intelligence
technologies.
