Azerbaijan Inks Military Co-Op Agreement With Morocco (PHOTO)

(MENAFN- Trend News Agency) BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 30. The Minister of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov is on a working visit to Morocco at the invitation of the Minister Delegate to the Head of Government in charge of the National Defense Administration of the Kingdom of Morocco Abdellatif Loudiyi, Trend reports, referring to the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry.

During the visit, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov met with his Moroccan counterpart.

Azerbaijan Minister of Defense thanked his colleague for the invitation to the Marrakech Air Show 2024.

The meeting discussed prospects for the progress of military, and military-technical relations between Azerbaijan and Morocco. The sides held discussions on other issues of mutual interest as well.

At the end of the meeting, the Minister of Defense, on behalf of the Government of Azerbaijan and his Moroccan counterpart signed the "Agreement on Military Cooperation in the field of Defense between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco".
